Inspirations
Here are some of my explorations and inspirations!
As of the start of this year (2025), I have been mightily influenced by Dr. David Clements, who is both an accomplished theoretical physicist with degrees from Cambridge and Oxford, as well as a clear channel for beings of high vibration, including Source. His meditation/activations are quite powerful!

When we raise our vibrations higher, our wounded aspects rise to the surface and require our attention. The Compassion Key is an excellent way to embrace these lost parts and allow for the Higher Self and more Source energy to inhabit our beings more fully.

Poetry

i thank You God for most this amazing
day: for the leaping greenly spirits of trees
and a blue true dream of sky; and for everything
which is natural which is infinite which is yes

(i who have died am alive again today,
and this is the sun’s birthday; this is the birth
day of life and of love and wings: and of the gay
great happening illimitably earth)

how should tasting touching hearing seeing
breathing any—lifted from the no
of all nothing—human merely being
doubt unimaginable You?

now the eyes of my eyes are opened)

Last Night As I Was Sleeping
Last night as I was sleeping,
I dreamt—marvelous error!—
that a spring was breaking
out in my heart.
I said: Along which secret aqueduct,
Oh water, are you coming to me,
water of a new life
that I have never drunk?
Last night as I was sleeping,
I dreamt—marvelous error!—
that I had a beehive
here inside my heart.
And the golden bees
were making white combs
and sweet honey
from my old failures.
Last night as I was sleeping,
I dreamt—marvelous error!—
that a fiery sun was giving
light inside my heart.
It was fiery because I felt
warmth as from a hearth,
and sun because it gave light
and brought tears to my eyes.
Last night as I slept,
I dreamt—marvelous error!—
that it was God I had
here inside my heart.

The Opening of Eyes
That day I saw beneath dark clouds,
the passing light over the water
and I heard the voice of the world speak out,
I knew then, as I had before,
life is no passing memory of what has been
nor the remaining pages in a great book
waiting to be read.

It is the opening of eyes long closed.
It is the vision of far off things
seen for the silence they hold.
It is the heart after years
of secret conversing,
speaking out loud in the clear air.

It is Moses in the desert
fallen to his knees before the lit bush.
It is the man throwing away his shoes
as if to enter heaven
and finding himself astonished,
opened at last,
fallen in love with solid ground.

Out Beyond Ideas of Wrongdoing and Rightdoing

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,
There is a field. I'll meet you there.
When the soul lies down in that grass,
The world is too full to talk about.
Ideas, language, even the phrase each other
Doesn't make any sense.

Note: I include here David Whyte's "The Well of Grief" specifically because it is my observation that most of us don't want to go to the dark places, the sad or scary places. Many of us were taught that we need to stay positive -- especially if we want to attract the positive. While this may be true in some measure, I think the way energy in the universe works is a bit more complex.

Any time we deny our true feelings (especially those negative ones), we are cutting off a part of ourselves. We then become separate from the whole and by default are in a place of lack and limitation. To reintegrate and become whole, we need to embrace ALL of ourselves with love and compassion -- feeling the fullness of our emotions and then transforming and alchemizing the dark places with love and compassion.

Too often we end up "gaslighting" ourselves, denying in ourselves what we know to be true. To regain trust in ourselves, we must be willing to see and be present with the totality of who we are without judging. We need to be authentic. This is a mighty gift to ourselves and to the universe.

The well of grief
Those who will not slip beneath
the still surface on the well of grief,
turning down through its black water
to the place we cannot breathe,
will never know the source from which we drink,
the secret water, cold and clear,
nor find in the darkness glimmering,
the small round coins,
thrown by those who wished for something else.

Matt Kahn fromThe Great Awakening by Mike Dooley, 2024. p. 83.
Speaking on the role Love plays in healing and awakening:
“We have to emotionally nourish ourselves with all the things the past seemed to withhold from us. We need to give ourselves the love that we wish we had more of from our parents. Maybe we were loved by a parent who died unexpectedly, and so we have felt like the love left with them and we are grieving. Or sometimes people may have said, 'I love you,' while they did very unloving things, leaving us to distrust love.
"The question is: Can we start to become the open space, the receivers, for love to wake up? Can we begin giving ourselves everything we need that seemed to be withheld in the past? Because when we give each wound the love that it lacked or the love it didn’t remember receiving or the love that was absent during a moment of trauma or mistreatment, we bring to that memory the wholeness and completion of all experiences, which gives that memory permission to dissolve at a cellular level, return to the light, and transmute.
"Transmuting Trauma
"So we can either mentally process our wounds … or psychoanalyze anything until the end of time--which is the traditional path of the masculine, or we can embrace a more unified new paradigm approach, choosing to emotionally process our trauma. Either way, we must emotionally process our wounds to find the relief we seek.
"Mentally processing is: This happened, this also happened. What’s the relationship? Emotional processing is acknowledging that whatever feeling I’m having is a part of this cellular memory trying to complete its journey and return home to the light. I can allow the feeling to be felt if I can accept that it’s part of my highest path and give it the love it doesn’t remember receiving from the past – even if the love I give it doesn't change how I feel. I’m now helping a part of me reach a journey of completion. I’m helping another memory or cluster of emotions transmute back into light. The entire awakening process is literally the embodiment of alchemy, transmuting trauma and returning it to light. Only love can do that. "

I recently listened to a podcast, Next Level Soul, with Gary Zukav as the guest. Much of what he says towards the middle of the podcast illustrates exactly what we are doing in the Compassion Key.
