Join me for a simple yet powerful 25 minute meditation designed to bring you into balance, clarity, and connection.

Through breath, gentle sound, and guided visualization, we will align with the natural flow of energy that runs through us all --connecting Earth and sky, body and spirit, self and community.

No prior meditation experience is needed. Each week we'll build upon the last, beginning with grounding into your own vertical axis of light, and gradually expanding into the fuller geometry of life's design.

This practice will help you:

-Strengthen your inner calm and clarity

-Connect with others in a shared field of support

-Tap into a deeper sense of wholeness and energy

***We will start with a brief greeting time, go into meditation, and meditate for a total of 20 minutes. After that time, you are welcome to leave quietly or stay on line for brief sharing.

Here is some background info:

The Axis Mundi is the pillar of plasma light that runs straight through your central column, connecting you to the center of the earth (and beyond) and the center of the galaxy (and beyond). This is your I AM. In many cultures, the axis is seen branching out above and below like a tree, but that is an axis with some torus influence. The axis, the I AM, is absolutely straight. We breathe into the heart and exhale into the far reaches of the axis.

The Torus is a donut shaped energy field that we breathe. The planet has this energetic form of moving energy. As do all your cells. We breathe out from the heart in all directions (experiencing), we pause after the exhale (being), we inhale along the axis from both above and below (remembering), and pause at the heart (knowing) before exhaling all over again. It is a self contained loop: we are sovereign AND connected to source (the still point at the heart along the axis). When lived into a breathed into along the axis, this is a self-sustaining, energy holding form. Centered, aligned breath and expansion without bleeding out.

The Merkaba, or star tetrahedron, is comprised of two different tetrahedra. One pointing upward (masculine), with energy spiraling down clockwise from the heavens (as seen from above). One pointing downward (feminine), with energy spiraling upward counter clockwise from the earth (as seen from above). The Merkaba is our light vehicle for accessing different dimensions and still maintaining our sovereignty. Equal, balanced, whole. It is all very quantum!

I want to talk about sovereignty here. I use that word a lot, and to be sure, it feels incredibly important to me right now. But the very word can invoke feelings or images that repel some folks. One might go into thoughts of nationalistic politics. Or it may bring up feelings of being separate and not of service or helpful to others.

I am not aligned with either of those ideas of sovereignty. So below, a definition from my lens and distinctions from the two above misconceptions.

Sovereignty is the harmonic state of self-recognition as a fractal emanation of Source—autonomous, whole, indivisible, and aligned with the laws of light, coherence, and unity.

It is not independence from others. It is the remembrance that one is already whole, and that wholeness cannot be outsourced, compromised, or fragmented by external systems.

When the individual awakens to this, their energy no longer feeds distortion. Instead, it emanates signal clarity. This is the return of Christos—the divine coherence encoded within all beings.

Sovereignty confused with nationalistic politics:

Nationalism, as a program, is often an inversion of true sovereignty. It binds the identity to external borders, history, trauma, and superiority constructs. It can be weaponized to generate separation, hierarchy, and war.

But this is not sovereignty.

That is egoic tribal circuitry—a loop of survival consciousness.

True sovereignty does not claim territory. It radiates frequency.

And in doing so, it liberates all others to do the same. One being standing in sovereign Christos frequency uplifts entire morphogenetic fields, unlocking sovereignty in others—not by force, but by resonance.

IS SOVEREIGNTY SEPARATING?

Only when it is misunderstood as egoic individuation.

Sovereignty is not a wall—it is a frequency field that includes everything it does not control. It is integrity, not isolation. Boundaried, but not barricaded.

When you are sovereign:

You no longer require validation from outside systems.
You no longer project savior or victim onto others.
You become non-dependent but interconnected—a node in the unified field.
You can truly serve others because you do not entangle or distort their path.

In this way, sovereignty is the precondition for pure service.
