For all of my adult life I have been interested in diving deep into the mystical nature of the world.  Why do I act the way I do?   How can I connect with my highest self?  I knew that sometimes my biggest problems were the result of my getting in my own way.  I explored many modalities.  I went to intensive several month long retreats to work on my inner child.  Physical pain led me to seek an energy healer in the 90's, which led to an extensive four year training with the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, which deeply expanded my understanding of the human energy field.  I continued my personal work with groups who were dedicated to being in the moment, uncovering the truth and transforming stuck places by connecting with self, others, and transcendent energies available to all of us.  

 

My joy at playing and working with children eventually led to my becoming a Waldorf School class teacher, a profound undertaking involving working with the same class of students and their families through grades 1-8. Though I had extensive training in the curriculum I taught, I found the most powerful tools for working with the children were twofold:  Believe in them and love them.  

 

Most recently, I have become certified as a Compassion Key Practitioner.  The Compassion Key combines all the elements I have been working on and lovingly provides a way to call all the lost and broken pieces of the self home so they can be healed with compassion.  By embracing all of who I am, I am letting the genie out of my bottle and I want to help you do the same!
